Obtained from fermentation at controlled temperature of musts of red grapes. A pleasant and drinkable rosé that combines a dry and mineral character with a pleasant softness and persistence on the palate.
Grape varieties: Sangiovese and complementary grapes
Fermentation and aging: direct pressing of the grapes and fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature.
Tasting Notes: an easy drinking pleasant fresh wine Brilliant color, intense scent, delicate, complex; floral, citrus and fresh fruit notes are perceived. In the mouth it is full, enveloping, balanced and persistent.
Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, in combination with appetizers, first courses with meat and vegetable sauces, pizza, platters of cold cuts. Also ideal in combination with roasted fish, shellfish and clams.
