Governo all’Uso Toscano
The “Governo all’Uso Toscano” is an ancient practice in use in Tuscany based on the slow refermentation of the wine just after racking together with typical dried grapes to give to the wine an authentic character, characterized by deep and complex aromas, full body, soft flavor and fruitness. With this wine, we would like to bring to light a tradition of the Tuscan countryside that has its roots in the early nineteenth century, enhancing the knowledge of the past in a contemporary key. A slightly more marked residual sugar enhances its pleasantness and balance.
