Costa Toscana IGT
The rocky soils and the arid climate of Massi di Mandorlaia express this noble ngenerous wine. Grapes selection in the vineyards, low yeld per vine tree, originate a fully bodied and well balanced wine who is aged for at least two years in oak barrels. A limited production of bottles per year and a long maturation in oak and then in bottle gives complexity to this “meditation” wine.

Wine making and aging fermentation in stainless steel vats and aging in barriques for 18-24 months purple-red colour, hints of red fruit jam on the nose, strong impact in the mouth
Tasting notes soft and smooth taste. Complex aromas of blackberry, vanilla, pleasant and balanced tannins with a long lasting balsamic final.
Food pairings stewed game and wild boar meat, aged cheeses, grilled red meats
