Obtained from the typical grapes of Chianti based on Sangiovese and traditional complementary grapes. Fermented slowly at controlled temperature in the old tuscan way.
Grape varieties Sangiovese 85%, Canaiolo e Colorino 15%.
Wine making Process fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature of 26-27°C, 14 days maceration.
Maturing in vats for 8-10 months, then in bottle.
Alcohol 12.5 – 13.5 % Vol.
Tasting Notes a young lively ruby-red Chianti with intense vinous bouquet.
