The Guicciardini for centuries have cultivated Sangiovese (the undiscussed king of Tuscan viticulture) on the sunny hills of Castello di Poppiano.

Wine making Process fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature of 27-28°C, 15-18 days maceration.
Maturing and Aging in vats, then 12 months in French oak barriques (Allier) and in bottle for at least 3 months.
Alcohol 13 – 13.5 % Vol.
Tasting Notes ruby color of great intensity, complex aromas of undergrowth red fruits, smooth and robust body which well sustained by sweets tannins and balanced alcohol. Long, tasty finish.
