Vermentino, typical Mediterranean grape finds in Tuscan Maremma its ideal environment. The sea breeze gently blowing on the Mandorlaia’s vineyards exalts its character. Its fresh attractive aroma evolves in delicate fruity notes that well harmonize with appetizers and fish dishes.

Wine making Process criomaceration and fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature of 18-20°C.
Maturing in vats, then in bottle.
Alcohol 12.5 – 13.5 % Vol.
Tasting Notes Pale straw yellow with slight golden reflections. Intense persistent aromas with elegant hints of wild flowers and fruits. Fresh crisp acidity, harmonious taste, intriguing exotic fruit finish.
