Four dinners (October 29, 30, 31 and November 1) and 3 dinners (October 30, 31 1November 1) with the educated and balanced cuisine of chef Stefano Cerveni at the refined lounges of the Landis Hotel’s restaurant (5 stars), Paris 1930.
Realized in Art Deco style, the restaurant led by the talented Clément Pellerin is preparing to host a three-days, therefore, characterized by excellent Italian cuisine, masterfully interpreted by Cerveni dishes, among which there are: Salad sprouts and flowers vinegar Traditional Balsamic of crème brûlée of foie gras, sautéed king prawns with cous cous with Mediterranean flavors, Ravioli with Asparagus Parmesan with leaves and herbs, cream of pumpkin risotto with crispy shallots and black truffle. To accompany the dishes, some prestigious wines of our country signed De Stefani, Castello di Poppiano, Altesino, Conti of Buscareto.
